Each piece of jewellery is handcrafted on order in our Athens studio and can require up to 5-10 full business days to be produced.
If you have an urgent request please contact us before making a purchase.
Once your order is complete, it is wrapped and dispatched with the next courier dispatch.
All items are shipped with Hellenic Post (ELTA) as first priority registered mail.
We do not assume any responsibility regarding postal delays or items lost, stolen or damaged in the post.
For international orders, MOTS studio is not responsible for taxes, duty fees and/or any charges applied by customs.
If you are not satisfied with your purchase we will exchange it with another item of your choice or issue a store credit provided that you return it within 14 days from the date of delivery, unworn, in its original condition and with a receipt.
Prior to returning an item, we strongly recommend that you contact us at email@example.com stating the reason for the return.
We cover shipping costs if there is a production fault in your received item. We will inform you of the shipping cost in any other case.
Please ensure that you pack the item safely in its original packaging and use a secure trackable courier service for the return.
We regret not being able to help you in case your returned item does not reach us.
MOTS studio does not issue refunds.
FAULTS AND DAMAGE
All care is taken to send out each piece of jewellery in perfect condition.
However if a faulty item is received, please contact the studio directly.
We will repair or replace any piece with a production fault.
If your MOTS jewellery has been damaged due to general wear and tear or mistreatment we offer a repair service.
